Independence Day Turned Into Our Worst Nightmare

The news I read this Independence Holiday is shocking to the core! We’ve had events transpire and attention drawn to others that should outrage every American that begins adding up this holiday’s revelations. After celebrating the birth of the world’s premier democracy, it’s more than disturbing that everything we celebrated was a sham. We’re celebrating an America that no longer exists - a memory of what we were, and our future appears to become bleaker by the day… For all practical purposes, a strong majority of the people is being over-ridden by warmongers and individuals that control our lives that have less compassion and humanity running through their veins since the days of Hitler and Stalin. The things I’ve read and heard have me wondering what happened to us - and most importantly, what we can do about it!

Ron Paul gave a report of Congress that is bone-chilling. It isn’t being repudiated in any fashion that attacks Paul’s credibility - and the charges he has made prove that Congress is not listening to the people, and when that happens, if they run unchecked, it is the people who lose on a scale that could bring an end the to the “American Way of Life.’

Even as bad a we know Bush and Cheney are, how is it that this cancer has spread to the Congress - and after talks with other members of Congress, Ron Paul believes that an attack against Iran has been “green lighted” and some members of Congress are in favor of using nuclear weapons!

Congressman Ron Paul has warned millions of radio listeners that the US is heading into a deadly confrontation with Iran, revealing his disbelief at members of Congress who have openly voiced support for a pre-emptive nuclear strike on the country.

As you read the above article, it’s obvious that lobbyists and AIPAC, along with those who are simply Bush enablers and fascists themselves, are more interested in war and padding their own campaign chests and garnering favor with other lobbies in ways that still remain suspect. “81% of Americans Say Country Headed the Wrong Way.” That’s a staggering figure, demonstrating that Congress is turning a blind-eye to those who elected them - instead acting upon their own opinions which may have been influenced by Lobbyist money, and have betrayed the American people again!

To add insult to injury, we are finding out that Bio-fuels are helping to raise gas prices as much as 75 percent, prices which is causing inflation that’s beginning to impact even those families who believed they were “well off.” Vacations are being changed, driving habits are changing and even the affluent are finding-out their incomes are being impacted by an economy that is teetering on collapse.

Biofuels Cause 75% Increase in Food Prices

Environmental campaigners have called for a change in policy on biofuels after a report that they have caused a 75 per cent increase in food prices.

An unpublished World Bank study claimed the EU and US drive towards biofuels was having a massive impact on both food supply and prices.

The US Government had claimed that biofuels - mainly ethanol produced from crops such as corn, palm and soya - was responsible for only a three per cent rise in food prices.

But the World Bank report, drawn up by an internationally-respected economist, states unequivocally that income growth in developing countries was not a major factor in price rises and that a shortage of grain caused by droughts had had only a marginal impact. MUCH MORE

It’s good to know that America’s Agri-business has been able to successfully lobby the government to adopt a program that could bring food shortages to our own country this year, and for the global community, millions could starve from food prices which are hard if not downright impossible for the relief community to absorb. From banking to oil, and even Agri-business, the corporations have been raping the consumer under the guise of becoming independent from foreign oil and help in the fight against global warming. Both justifications for the issues presented above have proved to be false, and surprise, surprise, it’s the American consumer that’s taking it on the chin so the “Corapacy” will thrive and the people are the losers in government policies that are flawed and were designed to plunder America’s wealth; our President hasn’t spoken-out on the matter, but when and if he does, you can believe he will defend, not reverse a trend that is dismantling America’s Middle-Class. Add oil speculators to the mix, and as the Saudi’s and even oil giant BP have stated, there is no shortage of oil! America is being gouged to the point of it driving us into poverty, yet a common voice hasn’t emerged yet, and we seem to be sheep heading to slaughter without the mass of the country having a clue that it’s coming, and it will get far worse before matters become better.

Much of the talk is about America’s Middle class disappearing, however those on fixed-incomes and especially the elderly are being impacted in a way that could affect their health and well-being. Some elders are making less Doctor’s appointments because they can’t afford the gas. They may eventually have to be seen, but it’s likely to be a condition that is substantially worse than if it would have been treated when it was first manifested; the cases which will result in fatalities may never become known, however common-sense dictates it will be high. Nutrition for the elderly is of tantamount importance, and high-fuel prices are impacting programs to feed the elderly:

SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. — Early last month, Jeanne Fair, 62, got her first hot meals delivered to her home in this lake town in the sparsely populated southwestern part of the state. Then after two deliveries the meals stopped because gas prices had made the delivery too expensive.

“They called and said I was outside of the delivery area,” said Mrs. Fair, who is homebound and has not been able to use her left arm since a stroke in 1997.

Faced with soaring gasoline prices, agencies around the country that provide services to the elderly say they are having to cut back on programs like Meals on Wheels, transportation assistance and home care, especially in rural areas that depend on volunteers who provide their own gas. In a recent survey by the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging, more than half said they had already cut back on programs because of gas costs, and 90 percent said they expected to make cuts in the 2009 fiscal year. Other families who care for critically ill parents and family members, this author included have to figure-out how to come-up with the extra amount of gas money for the appointments and pharmacy visits that are in the range of eight to ten appointments per month - and it’s impossible to cut-out any of the above until certain situations stabilize. Millions of other families are in the same situation, and how they are coping is beyond me; I find myself going into a hole, and the prospect of higher gas prices on the horizon are mind-numbing. Some of the “seniors” I’m referencing are your own parents, and many will be too proud to ask for help, or will find the rest of their family unable to help because of attempting to cope with their own deteriorating situations.

If we do attack Iran, we all know that the situation will go from bad to worse in a matter of days - if that long. Venezuela has threatened an oil embargo, and none of us know how other nations will trade with the US after we have proven we are an aggressor and a threat to world peace. If the Iran attack doesn’t start World War III, then you can be assured that we have made serious concessions to Russia and China. Don’t be surprised if Taiwan is annexed by China, and Russia’s issues with Georgia will receive nothing but meaningless condemnations as we look the other way for Russia allowing us to attack Iran. Decisions such as this require extensive back-door diplomacy and nothing on this scope will be launched unless other impressive powers are fore-warned and brought into the conspiracy. This is high-stake politics, the kind the pubic doesn’t know about nor understand, but attacking Iran will have to have the tacit approval of Russia and China - even though the condemnations will ring-out loud and clear - but each of those nations will exact their pound of flesh from the Bush administration for allowing an Iran attack to take place without either superpower becoming militarily involved.

The issue we face is what are we going to do about it? I wrote on this subject prior to Independence Day, but since then the landscape has changed. This situation is so fluid it changes by the day, and in order to prevail, we must adapt and keep-up with those who are bound and determined to destroy America. The real problem is America’s MSM who have been involved in a massive propaganda campaign, and only those of us who receive our news on the Internet are aware of the real situation, and a population that is unaware of the danger cannot rise-up and force Congress to act upon the will of the people. America has been dumbed-down, and yesterday, an example presented itself to my son that rattled him as he understood the value broadcasting propaganda under the guise that it’s really news.

He works with the public, and an older gentleman was speaking-out loudly that George W. Bush was our “Savior”, that he had been spoken of in the Bible, and the only news channel worth watching was Fox News. He also reiterated the false-claim that Iraq was partially responsible for 911 - a fact which has been repudiated by President Bush himself! My son attempted to bring forth facts that proved Bush was an enemy of the state, not a “Savior”, and finished by stating that our interests would be well served if Bush and Cheney were handed over to The Hague for a War Crimes Tribunal, and stated his belief that each should face the consequences of their illegal actions. He’s lucky the older man didn’t have a gun, as the look of utter horror on his face was genuine and he reacted with what appeared to be religious fanaticism, acting as if my son had spat on the Bible instead of speaking the truth about a President that has used the Mainstream News Media to brainwash huge segments of our population.

The concept of brainwashing was the brainchild of Edward Hunter, a newspaperman born in 1902, who had covered the rise of fascism in Europe before joining the Office of Strategic Services, the forerunner to the Central Intelligence Agency, during World War II. The Korean War had just begun in 1950 when The Miami News published his article, “ ‘Brain-Washing’ Tactics Force Chinese Into Ranks of Communist Party.”

He determined that “the Reds have specialists available on their brainwashing panels,” experts in the use of “drugs and hypnotism,” as he later told the House Committee on Un-American Activities. Their ultimate goal was conquering America.

“The United States is the main battlefield,” he testified, “the people and the soil and the resources of the United States.” He warned that brainwashing would make Americans “subjects of a ‘new world order’ for the benefit of a mad little knot of despots in the Kremlin.” Much More

“Brainwashing” comes in many flavors, from subliminal messages being broadcast by complicit networks to downright lies and misrepresentations of the truth - or even worse, the omission of news that is vital to a population that is attempting to understand why their country is rapidly falling-apart. News that some members of Congress favor nuking Iran should be headline news, and instead, to be heard, Ron Paul had to utilize the Internet, as our MSM is controlled by the “Corapacy” and as true fascists, they print or publish only that which advances their particular cause or agenda. This is not a free press, but one that has been bought and sold, and so-called news organizations like Fox News and other Murdoch owned “news sources” are spewing lies and misinformation, aid a cause that is personal and against the best interests of the American people - and unfortunately, it spans most of the Mainstream News in the United States.

The first item on the agenda to take-over a government is to compromise the press, which has been done quite effectively, and when America finally awakens, if they do before it’s too late, those who own those “news outlets” will be judged as co-conspirators to those who hate our constitution and rule of law. The issue we face is what do we do about it? Millions of Americans who receive their news on the Internet are well-informed and aware that democracy and freedom are only hanging-on by a thread, but there are still too many people who don’t have computers, or the time to delve into the arena of truth and facts and wind-up being misled and frightened into giving up their freedom(s) to ward of a terrorist attack that if it comes, will likely be with the consent or help of the government itself, known as a false-flag attack to further their fascist aspirations and desire to attack Iran and appease AIPAC and other elements that favor war over peace.

Remember one thing if the United States is hit by a “dirty bomb” or an American city turns into a wasteland via a “terrorist” nuclear attack. Homeland security has the ability to detect nuclear material with devices that are so sensitive that in March of this year, a sensor deployed on I-5 in Washington State picked-up a nuclear signature from a cat that had undergone radiation therapy three (3) days earlier. These sensors are not expensive, and for the cost of two or three days, or maybe as many as 30 days of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, they could be deployed throughout the entire United States. If they can sense a cat that had undergone radiation therapy three days prior going 70 Mph down an Interstate - then it stands to reason that nuclear material entering this country is easily preventable and detectable by Homeland Security if they spend the money and decide to deter an attack rather than allowing another 911 to occur; our technology is second to none, and now that we know our own military satellites have been turned against the public to aid law enforcement in criminal investigations and to invade the privacy of the average American - then the least they can do is guarantee our safety as well!

It turns out the feds have been monitoring Interstate 5 for nuclear “dirty bombs.” They do it with radiation detectors so sensitive it led to the following incident.

“Vehicle goes by at 70 miles per hour,” Giuliano told the crowd. “Agent is in the median, a good 80 feet away from the traffic. Signal went off and identified an isotope [in the passing car].”

There’s no question that the Feds have the technology and ability to protect America, and if they don’t, my belief will be that they allowed something to happen to “nationalize” the people as dictated in the PNAC agenda. Everything that we once were proud of and cherished is going away and being gobbled up by the “Corporists”, compliments of a government that has ignored and spat upon those who sent them to Washington to represent the people. Keep in mind that members of Congress are openly voicing an opinion that America should nuke Iran, a move that could spell the end of the world’s premier, albeit, diminishing democracy. When will “enough be enough” and the people of this nation band together in solidarity and demand that Congress votes our will instead of allowing our representatives to say one thing while campaigning and then do exactly the opposite when they arrive in Washington? The tragedy of liberty and freedoms being lost is one that is preventable and the fault lies with the people themselves and a Mainstream News Media that isn’t worth watching unless they are reporting upon a storm or other important event, but when it come to government accountability, the MSM is nothing more than Fascist America’s mouthpiece, worthless, complicit, and traitors to the American people.
